Presidential Pets: A History of Animals at the White House

While 68% of U.S. Presidents have shared the White House with pet dogs, a surprisingly low number of them – only 20% – have had cats!

Our new favorite president, Rutherford B. Hayes, was the biggest cat lover with 5 pet kitties.
