A mysterious white cat showed up during a man’s funeral in Malaysia and wouldn’t leave, despite the mourners trying to literally drag the cat away from the grave. Watch:
The person being mourned, Ismail Mat is said to have “loved cats.” His grandson shared the video and some photos of the cat and the funeral on Facebook and the video went viral – having been viewed nearly 8 million times!
On Facebook, Soffuan explained that “this white cat is actually not a pet cat, but it’s probably a hometown cat near the mosque.”
He wrote about how they tried to get the kitty to leave the grave, but instead he just rolled around and refused to go. He also said villagers told him this kitty is often seen wandering around the mosque.
