As WikiLeaks founder, Julian Assange reaches the fourth anniversary of his asylum at the Ecuadorean embassy in London. As a gift to keep him company, his children gave the infamous computer programmer a kitten. (Assange famously sought asylum in 2012 to avoid extradition to Sweden on rape charges and then to the United States for publishing secret documents.)
A descendent of the European wildcat, the cute little female kitten has yet to be named. Assange, however, is keeping the world updated on his feline friend’s antics via Twitter, using the handle @EmbassyCat:

WikiLeaks said the kitten’s name would be chosen by the public and announced next month.
