According to his owner, Jack has some kind of laryngeal paralysis that gives him his unique sound. At least that’s what Jack’s vet told him. Whatever the reason, it doesn’t seem to bother him…and it’s making him an internet sensation! Jack’s video has gotten over 400,000 views!
UPDATE: So, snopes has determined the video is fake. We kinda suspected. Ah well, at least it was good for a laugh!
